Child Policy
Sirikoi welcomes children aged 6 years and older.
- Child rate applies to children ages 6 -15 years.
- Children 12 years and younger must share a tent with an adult and cannot stay in a tent on their own.
- For children of the allowed age staying in their own tent, the single room rate will apply.
- For children of the allowed age sharing a twin or triple tent:
- The adult sharing rate will apply to the first child.
- The child sharing rate will apply to the second and third child.
- In the case of one adult sharing a twin or triple tent with a child or children, the per adult sharing rate will apply, along with the per-child rate for each child.
- Parents are responsible for the supervision and care of their children at all times.

Booking Terms and Conditions
By confirming a booking, you are entering into a contract with Sirikoi Ltd and thereby agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions as outlined below.
To Confirm a Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written instructions/ booking voucher and payment of a 20% NONREFUNDABLE deposit. The full Balance payment is due 60 days prior to guests’ arrival. On receipt of full payment, a final Reservation Summary/ check in voucher will be issued.
Please ensure that the written bookings instructions contain the following information:
- Accommodation type (Luxury Tents, Sirikoi Couage, Sirikoi House).
- Date, time, and method of arrival and departure to and from Sirikoi
- Names, ages, of all guests in the group & rooming requirements (doubles, singles, triples)
- Any special dietary requirements.
- Flying doctor’s evacuation insurance details
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations will only be effective on receipt by us of written notification. In respect to cancellation, reduction of rooms, reduction of nights, or postponements:
- From confirmation to 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited.
- Between 89 and 46 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited/charged as cancellation fees.
- Between 45 days and arrival/no-shows: 100% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited/charged as cancellation fees.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for Gight cancellations or early departures from the lodge.
Need to Know:
- Refunds:-Sirikoi Ltd has the right at any time and at their discretion to cancel or make alterations to any accommodation or excursion that poses a risk due to weather, political unrest, or any other cause. Any extra expense arising out of the cancellation or alteration of accommodation or excursion will fall to the guests and/or their agents.
- Lewa Marathon:-A few days before the Lewa Marathon (normally the last weekend of June), Lewa is very busy and game viewing can be disrupted in some areas. For visitors not taking part in the marathon it is not an ideal weekend to visit.
- Check-in and Check:Check-in time is from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival and check-out time is at 10:00AM on the day of departure
Travel and Medical Insurance
- All guests are required to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal baggage, and money.
