Itinerary
Day 1 begins in Nairobi and Lewa Downs. Fly from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport directly to Lewa Downs. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Lewa Wilderness, enjoying a game drive en-route. Depending on your arrival time, lunch and an afternoon of discovering Lewa Conservancy will follow. Alternatively, you may enjoy sundowners followed by a candle-lit dinner. Day 2 – Lewa Downs – Lewa Wilderness Lodge
Today, enjoy another action-packed day of discovery. Alongside traditional safari activities, you can gain an insider’s perspective on conservation with a behind-the-scenes visit to the Lewa Conservancy. For a thrilling experience, take a memorable scenic flight in the Waco Biplane (extra cost)..
Governors Camps-Masai Mara
Day 3 – Masai Mara Game Reserve – Little Governors’ Camp
After breakfast, fly directly from Lewa Downs to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Little Governors’ Camp. Enjoy a short game drive en route to the camp before an al fresco lunch under the trees. Embark on a thrilling afternoon game drive at 3:30pm and return for drinks and chatter around the campfire before dinner. Fall asleep to the night-time chorus of the Masai Mara.
Day 4 – Masai Mara Game Reserve – Little Governors’ Camp invites an early start.
Arise early to make the most of your spectacular location.
Additionally, each day includes three game drives within the Mara National Reserve.

Additional activities include Masai village visits, walking safaris, and safari spa treatments.

For a memorable experience, take a hot air balloon ride with Governors’ Balloon Safaris. The ride costs extra. Depart the camp at 5:15 a.m. for a sunrise flight of about one hour. On landing, enjoy a delicious bush breakfast. Toast your return with sparkling wine. Then take a game drive back to camp.
Day 6 takes you from Masai Mara to Nairobi.
On your final day, you head out on an early morning game drive at sunrise.
