Luxury Tents
Bushtops tents are simply extraordinary.Opening on three sides, the 12 fabulously appointed tents are named after the wildlife which can be seen wandering past the Camp (or sometimes through it).
Bounded by more than a hundred square metres of private wooden decking, these tents are places to rest, enjoy a private meal, dream in a hot tub or simply relax under a canvas canopy – with views no hotel could hope to match.

Leopard & Rhino suite
The Mara Bushtops two family suites, tent leopard and tent rhino are our most magnificent creations, overlooking Mara Bushtops’ famous salt lick and its wildlife. The suite’s central lounge connects two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. By adding a bed to each room, Leopard and Rhino can accommodate a family of six in glorious style.
The lounge is a shared space, ideal for an afternoon siesta, game or magic moment – inspired perhaps by the suite’s fireplaces, floral display and well stocked mini bar.

CIRCUIT DISCOUNT
- a 10% circuit discount is offered for combinations of min. 5 nights in any of two Bushtops properties and 15% for min. 7 nights if three Bushtops properties are combined
- Circuit discount can not be applied if a 4=3 is applied for a particular camp but the circuit discount will still be applicable for the other camps where 4 = 3 is not applicable.

Cancellation Policy
- 30% If cancelled 45 days or more ahead of arrival
- 100% If cancelled less than 45 days ahead of arrival
Mara Bushtops is managed by Orion Hotels Ltd., who have taken out an insurance cover. However it is a condition of using the services of Mara Bushtops for each visitor, whether booked directly or through an agent, to have adequate insurance cover against all risks associated with travel in Africa and it is a requirement that all travellers take out adequate travel and medical insurance prior to departure to Kenya. Neither the management of Mara Bushtops or Orion Hotels Ltd. shall be liable in any way for any loss or damages or injury and death arising from any incident that may occur whilst using the services provided by Mara Bushtops and Orion Hotels Limited.
