Cliff Villa:Alfajiri Cliff Villa boasts impressive views of the Indian Ocean and offers the ultimate privacy from its elevated position on a coral cliff. consisting of four spacious bedrooms, the villa is perfectly suited to honeymooners or a family of up to nine guests. Unique features include the opulent Turret Suite which has been rated as one of the most romantic bedrooms in the world and an infinity pool that seamlessly merges with the ocean.
Garden Villa:Surrounded by lush tropical greenery and an expansive garden flowing onto an intimate beach setting, Alfajiri Garden Villa accommodates up to ten guests. Featuring four luxurious en-suite bedrooms (each uniquely curated), a large verandah, an infinity pool and jacuzzi, this is the ideal option for couples or two smaller families traveling together.
Beach Villa:Located on the shores of Diani Beach, Alfajiri Beach Villa brings you to the water’s edge in a few easy steps from your verandah. Offering the ultimate beachfront living, the three-bedroom villa lies obscured between lush palm trees, providing an extra touch of privacy without compromising your ocean views. The ideal stay for up to six guests – families, friends or couples.

Snorkeling:Board a charming traditional Swahili boat to access some of the best off-shore snorkeling sites along the Diani coastline.
Marine Education Centre Visit:Learn more about Kenya’s unique marine life and conservation efforts by visiting the Marine Education Centre in Diani for an interactive educational experience.
Sundowner: The most magical spot in the property at sunset. There is nothing better than enjoying a cold G&T overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Massage: Guests can have a daily massage in their private gazebo for maximum pampering and relaxation.
Gym & Sauna:Included in our rates is full use of the Afya gym situated at the Uzuri Spa just 500 meters down the road from Alfajiri.

Rates are per person per night with a two adult minimum occupancy in Cliff and Beach Villa, and four adults in Garden Villa for exclusive use of each villa.

Rates are per person per night with a two adult minimum occupancy in Cliff and Beach Villa, and four adults in Garden Villa for exclusive use of each villa.

For families, children’s pricing as follows:
Teenagers 13 – 19 years at $ 450 per night in own room.
Children 2 – 12 years at $ 350 per night in own room.
Infants under 2 years free of charge.

Alfajiri Villas is delighted to offer Kenya citizen and resident rates discounted at 25% of our published rate, payment can be done is US $ or KSH depending on client’s wish.

In Cliff Villa up to nine guests can be accommodated in four spacious bedrooms, each having their own large bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets (three double rooms and one twin). As size and interior decor in the rooms differ, Cliff Villa is not suitable for four couples; it is the ideal solution for large families or the ultimate romantic getaway. On the top floor is the Turret Suite, which has been rated as the most romantic room on the East African coast. On the 1^st floor there are two double rooms with a shared private veranda, and on the ground floor a twin room. An extra bed can be added in the double room on the 1^st floor.
In Garden Villa up to ten guests can be accommodated in four large luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each with their own large bathroom, and all overlooking the Indian Ocean. All rooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets (three double rooms and one twin). An extra bed can be added in the twin room and also in the double room on the 1^st floor. All rooms have different interior decoration, but are the same size, so Garden Villa is ideal for three couples travelling together or a large family.
In Beach Villa up to six guests can be accommodated in two double bedrooms on the Ground floor and one twin on the 1st Floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned with mosquito nets and have their own en suite bathroom. This villa is deal for friends travelling together, families with children, or a couple that wants complete privacy

Check-in time is 11h00.
Check-out time is 10h00.
Clients leaving Alfajiri after lunch, no later than 15h00 will have their villa on exclusive use with all services included at 30% of the daily rate.
Clients leaving Alfajiri after 15h00 will have their villa on exclusive use and all services included at 100% of the daily rate.
Located only a 5 minute drive from Ukunda airstrip in Diani.
Transfer from Mombasa airport $ 200 by Alfajiri SUV vehicles, maximum 4 passengers.

Terms of Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit of the cost of accommodation is required to hold and confirm bookings.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be in writing and will result in the loss of the deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 60-31days before arrival, 50% of the cost of accommodation will be charged.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of accommodation will be charged.
Guests should have a travel insurance policy covering deposit paid to confirm reservation.

Insurance

Clients must take out comprehensive insurance cover before travel for cancellation, medical expense, personal baggage and money.

Rates

In the event of increase in any tax, training levy, or service charge, Alfajiri Villas, reserve the right to adjust all contract rates accordingly from the date of such change. Alfajiri Villas may at its discretion, but not less than one months notice in writing to the Operator, alter the contract.

Christmas Policy

Applicable from 22nd Dec 2023 to 7th Jan 2024 and from 22nd Dec 2024 to 7th Jan 2025.
Supplement $ 300 per person per night.
Garden and Cliff Villa will be rented based on a minimum occupancy of 6 adults.
Beach Villa will be rented based on a minimum occupancy of 4 adults.
Minimum 7 night stay from 22nd December to 7th January, inclusive.

Liability Disclaimer

Magiufa Ltd. Trading as Alfajiri Villas and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons
visiting the property nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property nor while travelling to or from the property.
Magiufa Ltd. Trading as Alfajiri Villas cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

Disputes
All concerns must be brought to the attention of the management prior to the client’s departure in order to finalize the issues on the ground at the time. Should this
not be possible then they are to be followed up in writing no later than 14 days after departure where the Kenyan legal system will be adhered to exclusively.

Alfajiri Foundation

Each guest will contribute a donation of $10 per adult per night and $5 per teenager / child per night to the Alfajiri Foundation.
All donations will support marine conservation organisations and local orphanages.
