ADDITIONAL FEES TO BE ADDED :-

  • Porini Wildlife Habitat Trust Payment $5 Per Person per night
  • Christmas & New Year supplement on 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec & 01 Jan is $40 per person per night inclusive of 16% VAT.

Child Policy: 8 – 16 years        

  • 1 child pays 60% of per person sharing rates when sharing with 2 adults in 1 tent & the 2 adults pay per person sharing rates each.
  • 1 child pays 60% of per person sharing rates when sharing with 1 adult BUT the 1 adult pays full single tent rate.
  • 2 children in own tent pay 75% of per person sharing rates each, 3rd child in same tent pays 75% of per person sharing rate
  • The camp is not suitable for children under 8 years of age                                      

Notes:

  • Rates are per person sharing in twin or double tent – per night;
  • Single supplement is added for a single person occupying a double tent. Maximum 2 singles per booking.
  • Each tent in Porini Camps has 1 double bed & 1 single bed so 3 adults can be accommodated. 3rd adult pays the same per person sharing rates.          
  • We have 01 family unit at each of Porini Amboseli, Porini Rhino, Porini Mara and Porini Lion. This comprises 2 ensuite tents with an interconnecting lounge. The family unit is sold as 2 individual tents therefore children taking up one of the tents are charged 75% of the per person sharing rates.
  • Minimum nights: 2 nights in peak season (Mid June – September) for Porini Mara camps. This doesn’t apply for Porini Rhino Camp, Rhino River Camp and Nairobi Tented Camp.

  • 50% off for Bride when staying 4 or more nights at any Porini Safari Camp and valid all year except in August & September when the bride gets 25% off when staying for 4 or more nights at any Porini Safari Camp.*Proof of wedding required and offer is valid for travel within 12 months of wedding.(Honeymoon offer is not combinable with any other)
  • Stay a minimum of 3 nights at any other Porini Camp plus 3 nights (or more) at the Porini Safari Cottages at and get the 4th night for FREE at the Porini Safari Cottages. Applies for travel from Jan 1st  – to June 10th and from October 10th to December 15th  (Conservancy and wildlife habitat fees are payable for the free night and offer is not combinable)
  • Solo travelers to any Porini Camp get to stay at no extra cost for being in a single tent; This offer is valid for travel from November 1st until December 19th, and from January 2nd – 31st May 25.                                                                                        

Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance due 60 days before clients arrival.

Cancellation Policy:-

  • Bookings cancelled/amended from confirmation up to 120 days before start of the safari incur a 25% cancellation charge,
  • Less than 120 days and up to 60 days prior to start of the safari 35% cancellation charge,
  • Less than 60 days but up to 30 days prior to start of the safari 50% cancellation charge,
  • Less than 30 days but up to 15 days prior to start of the safari 75% cancellation charge,
  • Less than 15 days or more than 3 days prior to start of the safari 90% cancellation charge,
  • 3 days or less before start of the safari 100% cancellation charge.
