CHILD & EXTRA BED POLICY

Childrens rates are applicaple to children from 2 years old up to and including 15 years old.
The extra bed rate is only applicable for children, and a third adult cannot be accommodated in any room.
The child sharing rate is applicable to one child sharing with one adult or two children sharing in their own room.
A superior double room at Olarro Plains does not have a child sharing rate, but a child can be accommodated in this room in an extra bed.
A twin room at Olarro Plains is strictly for two persons and cannot accommodate an extra bed or cot.
Children below 2 years old are FREE of charge, and cots can be provided subject to availability.

**Please note that all transfers by vehicle do not include park fees and any additional airstrip fees that may be applicable. All additional fees are to be paid by the guests directly.

PAYMENT POLICY

In order to confirm a booking, we will require a 50% deposit based on the total amount of the booking and the balance of payment will be due 45 days prior to arrival at the lodge. Full payment is required for bookings made 45 days prior to arrival.
