Naibor Camp,Masai Mara Kenya
Designed as a space away from the hurly-burly of modern life, where the hustle and bustle is provided only by the wild animals, Naibor Camp is hidden in a grove of riverine woodland on the banks of the Talek River.
Location
Located just minutes from one of the world-famous wildebeest crossing sites, the environment teems with wildlife, flora and fauna. The luxury tented accommodation is defined by contemporary style and discrete elegance. A tented safari par excellence, the camp is thoughtfully and tastefully designed, allowing all comforts to be met, whilst allowing complete immersion in the splendour of the natural world outside.
Naibor, a Masai word for ‘space’, is a luxury tented camp deep in the heart of the Masai Mara National Reserve.

Naibor Camps Activities
From game drives to sundowners and gourmet meals to evenings around the fireside, Naibor Camps offers you a variety of excellent things to see and do.
The main focus at Naibor Camps is to drive out from camp daily to observe and photograph the extraordinary concentrations of wildlife.
The Naibor Camps vehicles are all 4 wheel drive Toyota Land Cruisers, open sided with canvas tops, built in fridges; with ice cold drinks available any time. These are ideal for observing and photographing the wildlife, and for getting around in the sometimes difficult conditions characteristic of the Mara habitat.
We suggest early morning and late afternoon game drives, as it is during these times when it is generally cooler that the wildlife is more active. However, if guests wish they can also do an all-day game drive with a picnic lunch (- this is popular during the migration season). The Naibor Camps guides are all knowledgeable and experienced, having attained minimum guiding accreditation at the KPSGA Bronze level.
Bush meals and sundowners are popular and are often enjoyed in conjunction with a game drive extra activity.
Our “Out ofAfrica” style bush meals are set up for any number of people in a private exclusive location. Bush breakfasts and packed lunches can all be arranged. Sundowner cocktails are a popular way to enjoy the end of the day.
Relax and enjoy the surrounding bush with a drink and nibbles as the sun sets. For those wanting to enjoy the African night alone, Naibor Camps can arrange private meals outside your tent, dinners under the stars are ideal for couples and honeymooners.
Cultural visits to the nearby Masai communities can be arranged, to enrich your experience of the Masai Mara,
Cultural visits to the nearby Masai communities just outside the reserve can be arranged. You can visit one of their villages, observe traditional dances and interact with these very traditional people.
Enjoy stunning panaromic views of the Masai Mara National Reserve
For those guests who want a birds-eye view of the Masai Mara National Reserve, hot air ballooning can be arranged. This involves an early morning start to get to the launch site for 6am. The flight takes approximately 1.5hrs, drifting over the grasslands teeming with wildlife as the day commences. Top it off with a champagne breakfast on landing, before a game drive back to Naibor Camps.
Explore the bush outside the reserve
For those who wish to explore the bush on foot we can offer walks outside the reserve. An early departure ensures guests experience the bush as it comes to life for the day. A memorable stop for a light picnic in the heart of nature, before returning to camp for a late lunch.
