- Access: 45-minute flight from Nairobi to the Ngerende or Mara North airstrips, followed by a scenic drive to the villas.

- 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm; balance due 46 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations: 45–31 days = 50% fee; ≤ 30 days = 100% fee
