Day 1: Walk with the Maasai Warriors at Amboseli Porini camp: Your Kenya safari begins with a transfer by minibus from Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, to Selenkay Conservancy - a scenic 4hr drive through the Kenyan countryside.Arrive for lunch and then enjoy a fascinating afternoon with some of the local Maasai warriors as you walk with them to a nearby village to get an insight into their culture and unique way of life.Set off on an evening 4x4 game drive in the Conservancy and absorb the beautiful surroundings with sundowners in the heart of the bush. Finally, enjoy an exciting night drive on your way back to Amboseli Porini Camp.     Day 2: Explore Massive Amboseli National Park Awake early for a quick breakfast and then set off on a morning drive into Amboseli National Park, located just 10 miles from the Selenkay Conservancy boundary. Amboseli is known for its spectacular views of Tanzania's Mount Kilimanjaro, and is also one of the best places in Kenya to spot the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park then return to camp for a relaxing afternoon before heading out again for sundowners and a night drive.Amboseli Porini Camp Day 3: Travel Through the Great Rift Valley Enjoy one last morning game drive in Selenkay before leaving Amboseli Porini Camp and transferring back to Nairobi for lunch. In the early afternoon you'll set off by 4x4 safari vehicle through the Great Rift Valley to Sunbird Lodge, set on the shores of Lake Elementeita. Go for a stroll along the lake shore in the afternoon and spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.  Day 4: See the Flamingos of Lake Nakuru Spend most of the day in Lake Nakuru National Park, the shallow soda lake of which attracts between one and two million flamingos when conditions are right. This blur of pink is a sight to be seen, but remember there are times when the birds are not as frequent.Some fantastic game viewing is on offer; the Park is home to black and white rhino, the unique Rothschild giraffe and a pod of hippo on the lake shore. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before returning to Sunbird Lodge in the evening.  Day 5: Game Drive in Ol Kinyei Conservancy: After breakfast you'll leave the pink-tinged Lake Nakuru behind and set off for the Masai Mara in a 4x4 safari vehicle where you'll arrive at Mara Porini Camp for lunch. In the afternoon you can enjoy a game drive in the private Ol Kinyei Conservancy before enjoying sundowners, an exciting night drive and a hearty meal back at camp.
